Climbing to New Heights: Washington Senior Olympics Rock Climbing Competition

This year, nearly 1,700 athletes from Washington State and beyond participated in the Senior Games, making it a truly inclusive and competitive event. The Rock Climbing Competition took place at Cirque Climbing in Lacey, where we saw climbers scaling new heights, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

This year’s Rock Climbing Competition allowed seasoned climbers and newcomers alike to challenge themselves, meet new friends, and be part of a vibrant, supportive community. The event not only highlighted the participants' impressive climbing skills but also underscored the importance of staying active and connected.
